Consent Template Library

What's new

Admins can now create a centralized library of consent templates and require researchers to attach one before publishing a study. Templates support informational blocks, checkbox agreement, and typed-name signature.

Why it matters

Consent collection used to rely on manual screener workarounds. Now it's centralized, admin-controlled, and enforced — participants complete consent as part of the screener, and responses are captured and linked to their session.

Used for

Studies that require formal participant consent: privacy policy acknowledgment, NDA agreement, terms and conditions. Especially useful for enterprise teams in regulated industries or running studies on confidential content.

How to use it

Admins build templates in Interview Toolkit > Consent Templates. Set a template as required for a recruitment type and researchers will be prompted to attach one before publishing. Participants complete it in the screener flow.
